Question: Can I use Multipanel on Floors or Ceilings?
It is not recommended to use theses ranges on the ceiling as they may be to heavy. Also we don't recommend Multipanel to be installed on the floor either as it is not slip resistant.
Question: Can Multipanel be installed on top of tiles?
Yes, Provided they are sound.
Question: Can Multipanel boards be applied directly to plasterboard walls?
Yes, directly with Multipanel adhesive or to sub-frames.
Question: How do I clean Multipanel?
Multipanel should be cleaned with warm water and a non-abrasive mild detergent. Scouring powders or similar products should not be used.
Question: What is the weight of Multipanel?
2400 x 1200 x 11mm Panels weight is approx 20-25kg depending on the type of plywood used.
What is the warranty on Multipanel?
Wall panels from our Neutrals, Linda Barker, Classic and Heritage Collections have a 30 years from date of purchase, covering cracking, de-lamination and panels remaining watertight, if installed, sealed and maintained according to our published recommendations.
Question: How do I fit grab rails and shower seats?
It is recommended that you fix through the bathroom panels into the wall behind for a secure fixing, and seal around all apertures.
Delivery Information:
Multipanel boards are usually available and delivered within 3-5 working days. The Hydrolock (tongue and groove panels) can sometimes alter the lead time to between 7-10 working days. You are welcome to contact us before placing your order to check all lead times on Multipanel. Once ordered you will be contacted via email within 24-48 hours with a confirmed delivery date.
