Delivery

How it works:

Delivery is available on all items.

All goods will be delivered in 1-7 working days unless otherwise stated/agreed.

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email giving a more accurate delivery date.

We have our own dedicated delivery service allowing delivery on any weekday of your choice.

Most items will be delivered by our own delivery teams however some goods may be delivered by a third party carrier/supplier.

Large items such as baths, shower enclosures etc will be £34.00 for delivery

Please note delivery is only charge once per order ie if 5 items are order you will only pay one delivery charge.

Please note delivery is UK mainland only.

Although many items are next working day, some can take up to 10 days so please email us if you wish to be certain.


If you wish to choose a delivery day (any weekday after the above lead times) please let us know.

Please note drivers are only insured for doorstep or driveway delivery. They cannot bring goods inside/upstairs etc.

There may be an extra charge for goods delivered to remote areas such as Scottish Highlands, if so we will call you before item dispatch to discuss.

Click & Collect is available with all our items.

We are more than happy for customers to collect goods or send a carrier (at their own risk).
